Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cook to prepare delicious and high-quality meals for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, experience in various cuisines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Assist in planning and developing new menu items.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation.
• Handle and store ingredients and food items appropriately.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
